Our grow program is led by veteran cultivator Jason Deal, a Northern Virginia native with more than 15 years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience across multiple markets. His work has been recognized by High Times and featured in The Cannabis Grow Bible, reflecting a career built around craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep respect for the plant.
Our approach is simple: grow exceptional cannabis through precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Every decision is guided by data, proven cultivation practices, and more than 25 years of combined cultivation experience. From clone to cure, our team focuses on producing flower with strong terpene expression, clean finishes, and reliable quality in every harvest.
We use tightly integrated cultivation systems, preventative biological pest management, and rigorous facility hygiene to maintain healthy plants while minimizing intervention during flower. Each harvest is carefully dried, properly cured, and hand-trimmed to preserve the characteristics that make every cultivar unique.
With approximately 250 plants harvested each month once fully operational, Powerhouse is built to deliver fresh, high-quality cannabis without compromising the standards that define our brand.
